Dear 2021 Batch postgraduates,
Here are some important points on the midterm exam:
1.The midterm examination of Graduate Degree Theses is scheduled on 29th December 2022 at 2:30pm
2.Every student’s midterm examination report of master’s thesis and the first draft of the master’s thesis needs to be approved by the supervisor.
3. The midterm examination is conducted in the form of defense in online video conference (the Tencent Meeting link will be sent to you by 21st December).
4. Every student should submit the “midterm report” and “the first draft of the paper”which is attached and send the soft copy to email address: djl@ctgu.edu.cn by 22th December 2022.
5. The results of midterm examination and evaluation are “Qualified” or “Unqualified”. Those who pass the review will continue to do the research and writing the master’s thesis according to the opinions of the evaluation group. Those who do not pass the review should ask their supervisors to adjust the plan as soon as possible in accordance with the rectification suggestions put forward by the evaluation group.
6. Every student sends the slides of the PowerPoint Presentation to djl@ctgu.edu.cn by 26th December 2022.
